reblog this if you’re jewish or your blog is a safe space for jewish people

hellsrph

in light of recent events as well as a new rise in creating nazi ocs I think this post is an important one to have on your blog if you stand behind your jewish followers or are jewish yourself.

Not Jewish but I’ll def support Jewish people and fucking do not support Nazis

If anything I have written has made anyone uncomfortable for any reason (including religious, racial, sexuality or gender insensitivity as well as sexual, moral or ethical concerns), please tell me

And remember, you curate your own experience and you can always block me

Call me out if I’m being a hypocrite, please and I’ll try and rectify the mistake

I’m not Jewish, but I support Jewish people!!

someone1348

I am also not Jewish but my acc is a safe space for all! :]

leosmasktails

I’m also not Jewish either but that’s literally so terrible…

Now, I personally am Catholic, but I don’t bring my religion into things I put out on my blog as I know not everyone is religious and I feel like this account is really just for fun and an escape for many people, including myself…

Please know my account is a safe space for everybody, and I love and appreciate all of my followers no matter who you are ❤️

This should have more notes.

Please reblog this post if you understand that reposting/reuploading another person’s art or writing WITHOUT their permission is NOT okay, and that giving credit is NOT the same as getting permission.

PREACH!!! 👏👏👏
I know this can be a touchy subject but I want to add something here!

I do understand why it does not have the same importance for every creator and that there are some people who genuinely don't care. That's everybody's own decision for their personal circumstances and it is totally fine.

But, as someone who is trying her best to make a living with art as a freelancer, ignorant or disrespectful reposters make my life increasingly difficult! (I'm referring to my non tk stuff btw xD)
And as sad as it sounds, many people who see art or a repost of it do not realise if art is a hobby to someone, or their job with their existence depending on it.
Reposting (compared to sharing and reblogging) takes away the traffic from the original creator who might need it very much!!
And that's why educating people about the matter is so important.
Asking for permission should always be the default!
For me this is a very basic display of manners.
(Apart from the very real legal aspect of the matter...)

Of course this kind of thing is difficult to control.
And action you can take as a creator is often limited even though it is your intellectual property.
But the more awareness we create for this topic, more and more people can understand how they can truly help and support artists they love 💖
This is a process that can only advance person by person.
Very often people do simply not know that it creates a problem for artists. But by letting them know they can learn 💪
And the more people learn, the better the situation will become. ✨

Yes, it is exhausting.
No, I am not always successful in hunting down reposts of my art.
But I refuse to give up "because it's the internet and a risk you take".
We are the internet!
Every single one of us.
With our actions we can influence and shape the environment around us and make it a better place!!! 😤😤😤 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

Thank you for coming to my TED talk 🤣🤣🤣🔥🔥🔥

girl (?) talk

dovakiinwitcher

I know I’m trans (ftm), but I resonate with this so deeply and it’s hard to explain why. Cuz I’m not a girl, but I also don’t totally identify with the term man. I know I’m not a girl, or a woman, or a lady, I don’t resonate with any of those. But I’m not a man either. Maybe I’m a boy? I don’t hate the term, and it fits a lot of the time, but sometimes it doesn’t. Gender is confusing and weird, but somehow, seeing this comic… I don’t know, I just felt… Seen. I felt represented (even if I’m the reverse). This comic is beautiful and I felt it on a deeper level than I feel most things. So I wanna say thank you to the artist(s). Bc this hits different than most stuff does.

To all the asexuals, demisexuals, graysexuals, acefluxes, lithosexuals, aegosexuals, cupiosexuals, and everyone else on the ace spectrum

To all the aromantics, the alloromantics, and everyone in between

To the sex repulsed, the sex neutral, and the sex positive

To all of those still questioning, all of those who questioned in the past, and all of those who will question in the future

To all those who used to identify as ace but don’t know, and those who identify as ace now but won’t later

To those in romantic relationships, in queerplatonic relationships, aren’t currently in relationships, or don’t want relationships

To all the aces who are just now learning that it’s Ace Week, the ones that already knew, and the ones that’ll see this afterwards

To everyone who knows the specifics of their sexuality, and those who settled on ace and don’t want to examine it further

To everyone being told they’re “too young to identify as ace”, that they’re “a late bloomer”, that they “haven’t found the right person yet”

You are valid, you are loved, and you are always welcome here

Happy Ace Week 💜🤍🖤

It’s that time of year again! 💜🤍🖤

Storytime:

My mother has lung cancer and has been having a really rough time, especially as of late. She went to a Piano Guys concert and got to meet them. They’re her absolute favorite musicians, and she told them that going to their concert was on her bucket list. And then Steven turned to John and said “John! We’ve reached bucket list status!”

Anyway, I just wanted to thank them, because they made my mother so happy.
